The plain rules of using Cedar Horizons. By playing, you agree to them.

These terms govern your use of Cedar Horizons (the "platform"). Please read them — they're short and written to be understood. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the platform.
1. You must be 18 or older
Cedar Horizons is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We may ask you to confirm your age before you play.
2. Virtual credits have no value
All play uses virtual credits that we provide free of charge. These credits are not money and have no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, sold, exchanged, withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for cash, goods or prizes of any kind. Nothing on the platform constitutes gambling, betting or a game of chance for money.
3. This is entertainment, not gambling
Cedar Horizons is a social-casino entertainment service. Outcomes in the games carry no real-world stakes or rewards. Success in our games does not reflect any likelihood of success in real-money gambling, which is a separate activity we do not offer.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular, you will not attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, present the credits as real currency, use the platform on behalf of anyone under 18, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Availability and "as is"
We work to keep Cedar Horizons running smoothly, but the platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including resetting virtual-credit balances, without liability.
6. Intellectual property
The Cedar Horizons name, design, games, text and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. As there is no monetary value attached to credits or play, you cannot suffer financial loss through gameplay itself.
8. Responsible play

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and any disputes will be subject to the competent Swiss courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
