Privacy policy

The short version: we collect almost nothing, and what little exists stays on your device.

Last updated: 10 June 2026

Cedar Horizons is designed to need as little of your information as possible. We don't run accounts, we don't take payments, and we don't build profiles. This policy explains exactly what that means in practice.

What we don't collect

What stays on your device

To make the games work, a small amount of information is stored in your browser's session storage on your own device. This never leaves your browser and is not transmitted to us:

Clearing your browser data or closing the session removes these items. You can read more in our cookie policy.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. These are ordinary operational records, are not used to identify or profile individuals, and are retained only as long as needed for those purposes.

Children

Cedar Horizons is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and the platform is not intended for them.

Your rights

Swiss data-protection law (the revised Federal Act on Data Protection) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR give individuals rights over their personal data, including access, correction and deletion. Because we hold essentially no personal data about you, most requests are satisfied simply by clearing your own browser storage. If you have a question about your rights, contact us and we'll help.

Changes & contact

If this policy changes, we'll update the date above. Questions about privacy can be sent to privacy@cedarhorizons.com.
