Help, when you need it

Most questions about Cedar Horizons have short answers. Here are the ones we hear most.

Getting started

There's nothing to install and no account to create. Confirm that you're 18 or older when prompted, choose a game from the games page, and play. Each game page explains its controls in plain language, so you can pick up either one in seconds.

Credits & balances

Everyone starts with 1,000 free virtual credits, shared across both games. If you run low, use the Collect free credits button on either game page — it tops you back up at no cost. Remember that credits have no monetary value and can't be bought, withdrawn or redeemed. For the full picture, see the virtual credits guide.

Troubleshooting

The games won't load or respond

Cedar Horizons games run on JavaScript. Make sure it's enabled in your browser, then refresh the page. A hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) clears most temporary glitches.

My balance reset to 1,000

That's expected behaviour. Your balance lives in this browser's session storage, so clearing your data, switching devices or opening a private window starts you fresh. Since credits are free, nothing is lost.

Something looks broken

Try a different up-to-date browser such as the latest Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari. If the problem persists, let us know the device and browser you're using so we can look into it.
